These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website located at getgbies.com and all commercial services, market intelligence products, and software solutions provided by GBIES Global Operations ("GBIES").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our public website, inquiring about services, or entering into a commercial engagement with GBIES, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
2. Services & Scope of Commercial Engagements
GBIES provides international business intelligence, market viability dossiers, structured data ingest connectors, and durable workflow orchestration engines. The specific deliverables, milestones, fee schedules, and timelines for each engagement are documented in an authoritative Service Agreement and accompanying official billing invoice.
GBIES does not guarantee specific commercial margins, trading profits, or third-party counterparty performance. Market research and analysis reflect analytical assessments based on available data feeds.
3. Invoicing, Payments & Merchant Processing
All fees are invoiced authoritatively through the GBIES platform. Payment amounts must correspond exactly to the approved invoice balance. Payment is due upon issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay). Clients must ensure that sufficient funds or authorized credit lines are available. Failure to remit payment may result in immediate suspension of data feeds, reports, and workflow orchestration services.
4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
The GBIES name, canonical logos, trademarks, software architectures, algorithms, and website contents are the proprietary intellectual property of GBIES. Contracted research dossiers and custom integration artifacts delivered to clients are licensed for internal commercial use as set forth in the governing Service Agreement.
Both parties agree to treat all non-public commercial, technical, and financial information disclosed during the engagement as strictly confidential.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users and clients agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to the internal Operations Center, API endpoints, or database infrastructure.
- Probe, scan, or tamper with security controls or authentication mechanisms.
- Misrepresent corporate identity, submit fraudulent invoices, or attempt payment amount tampering.
- Deploy automated scrapers, denial-of-service tools, or malicious payloads against getgbies.com.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms or GBIES services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
